Dunland Constructor Building Plans unusable

What is the issue? How should something work, and what has happened to show it doesn't?

Trying to use Dunland constructor on Eoford fails because the plans item it has does not even display a preview of the placables, even after trying to swap between them (it just moves plans to offhand).

How do we replicate this? If it's not a blindingly obvious bug, we need to know what process you went through to produce the bug.

On Eoford map, join dunland team, select dunland constructor class, spawn in, and try to build a barricade with it.

Evidence! Either in video or screenshot format, this is vital to us to help solve bugs.

Then the bug becomes "why were constructor classes added to map in v3.3.3," but there is still a bug.
