Just to make things clear, I love Minecraft (I think it is obvious, just for some new EULA lovers) but I don't get the new EULA, Mojang said that they add the new EULA is because children steal parents credit card to buy In game server items or rank, and parents complains about it, but if the new EULA is enforced, a lot of server will die(even ones ppl donate on), and some other servers have to make it so that just to play the server will cost money, which encourages children to steal credit cards even more, it also make most of the players not able to play bunch of servers. Also, I don't think it is the server's fault that the children steal credit card, is the parents fault because they did not educate their kids right that they will even steal credit card. This will only damage Minecraft's sell because there's a lot of player buying minecraft to make money from a server, or even more percent of the players buy Minecraft to playing a server. So in conclusion, the new EULA will: damage minecraft sales, kill bunch of servers, encourage children to steal credit cards even more, the worst of all: normal players(non- donors) are not able to play a lot of the servers which makes bunch of server not able to run because lack of players and make it boring even if the server did't die. PS: There's also lots of server that sells balanced kit which will be killed by EULA or change to charge a fee to join the server( which is really bad)
