Empire War is back. In case you didn't know.

Join Total War! Real Earth Map 1:1500 scale, Unique weapons like Throwing Spears, Pistols, Muskets and Blunderbuss. Choose your ancestry to get special abilities and bonus stats (Example: European has 1 bonus sword damage, 1 bonus axe damage and faster mining of coal ore and iron ore.) Start your own civilization or join an existing powerhouse. Use movecraft ships to conquer new lands, or use them to open up player based trade lanes with other factions. Will you be a tyrant thirsty for blood and power or will your civilization try to establish trade routes with others to grow your wealth? The choice is yours. Admins play on non-opped accounts when they fight or go to war so that new players have as good of a chance to succeed as veterans and admins. Staff abuse is not tolerated here, we want battles to be fair and realistic. To add to the realism, enderpearls, enchants, potions, gold apples, god apples and minecraft boats are all unable to be used. If you need to cross an ocean or sea then make a movecraft sailboat, airskiff or zeppelin and try not to sink it! Cannons plugin is enabled so watch out for those pesky pirates along trade routes.

Well, since the server is going down, and I've been one foot out the door anyway, I might as well talk about my time on EW. I joined like three years ago, because the old server I played on had been deleted (by my brother), and I wasn't in the mood to find it again.

In the beginning, well, it was the time of donors. They all knew each other, had benefits, and as a side note, were always talking about some faction or something or other. In that time, I mostly played LMS, because LMS had just recently been rebooted. During that time, surprisingly was how I made most of my early friends - Dimitri, Necro, beepbobit, pwner.

I've made many friends - Riko, Bucky, Rob, Slime, cool, Arak, Riku.

I doubt I really have to say much more than that. We've all watched how EW has progressed, and to repeat it won't do much. I joined, I got better with a bow, I left, came back and couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, etc, etc.

Sometimes, I miss the time of little EW and the Watch, a reference only some will get. I've had a lot of fun. I think I even befriended Akam at one point. Oh well, I've officially left.

Yeah, had that moment of realization this morning that my friend's birthday was yesterday... As soon as this thought occurred, what does the world do? There's a crack of lightning and the power goes out. For. Eight. Hours.

On a completely irrelevant side note, my friend is probably going to kill me.

Oh yeah, also, on a side note, though it's pretty apparent already, the only chance I'll start coming on again is after school ends, so we'll see. And, on a different side note, my dog turned eight, so there's that.

Huh. Went to the library, got two books in a series. Somehow, five hours have passed and I'm regretting not grabbing the third book. Oh, yeah, should probably consider actually eating at some point as well...

Gah, I was running and had to hop a fence and the first time was fine, but on the way back, the stupid hunk of metal tore a hole in the pocket of my jeans. I liked that pair! Really makes you want to kick an inanimate object. Several times.
