Kinda. You do not have infinite arrows and there are no melee capabilities at all. Also, it does not inflict as much damage. You actually have to draw back the bow ALL the way. But, I am sure the reload is much shorter. Bad thing is, you have to level up Siege Archer to level 20 to unlock and that my friend, is hell. Because, Siege archer is kinda hard to use.
