I'd like to move to Rome to stay away from the plague temporarily

Now that the majority of Dalish soldiers have received the vaccine, the Dalish army launches a renewed offensive into UJTZE lands, knowing that the UJTZE's northern territories are heavily afflicted by the plague, and their forces and supply lines must be crippled. We attack south from Estonia and east from Germany.

Also boosted by newly arrived troops from Hell's Angels.

Persian Immortales push against you. they have created there own cure for the plague, which they now use to fight you

Also the plague is there, it's just not nearly as bad in Libya

You must have not seen my message. UJTZE's Persians created a cure for the plague (which is given only to the elite Immortales, who now fight back)

You can't just "take" a well fortified and supplied city without a fight. The city is free of the plague, and "taking" it would be suicide

A few elite troops against my whole vaccinated army? I order my Longbowmen and Muskets to fire volleys at the immortals and soften them up before I use my higher numbers of infantry to surround and overwhelm them.

Even now that they have a cure, it has already taken it's toll on their army and supply lines on the northern front.

Main Dalish units focus more to the southwest, planning to meet up with the Franco-Anglican commonwealth and drive the UJTZE out of Europe. King Brand I of Dale officially approves Nikolai's invasion, knowing that they should meet minimal resistance by the plague-scourged UJTZE army, which has been worn down by the constant stalemate and plague. Dale orders it's navy along with the Hell's Angel's fleet entrusted to it to attack the UJTZE territories at the mouths of the canal.

All troops by this point have received the vaccine.

Uninfected Cossacks join as well, with rifled muskets and canbons

Chechens, Georgians, and Cossacks will fight back. Beware, they may be less powerful, but are more fierce

But you forget one thing, the Cossacks are traitors and follow the Tsars.
