But ghouls are not

They are human but can't be learned anything, legit we have hunting seasons where along with other animals we kill a snake eat ghouls. Not to mention almost all of them now we're born into a pack of ghouls where there grew up for years as a wild animal. Take the ghoul of the list unless you want some of your men to die. Not to mention The Katiputan never took any prisoners so in fact this is a form of powergaming

False. The ghoul is no prisoner. It has no records of it being a citizen or prisoner of war. It is considered a visitor (and as I said, the Philippines is dwelling with guards). It's not powergaming because Joshie would make the same amount of money anyways. So if almost all of them were born into a pack of ghouls, then that small percentage must have been somewhere else, where it was raised civilized or something like that. And that ghoul must have been part of that small percentage.

Oh, and there are no rules other than no range weapons. So, this is meant to be dangerous in the first place.

False the ghoul is a prisoner because that would be the only way you would have one. It is powergaming because only Rhun has anyone from The Cult but now there dead so no one has anyone on the cult ghoul or not a ghoul. That was at the very start of the rp which are now all dead so no so this Powergaming and I believe in a way God modding.

The list states you have a ghoul from The Death Cult, only RHUN has people from The Death Cult and ALL GHOULS were killed which shows A your powergaming by stating you have a ghoul and B your God modding for saying you have one and C if again you somehow did have a ghoul which is impossible because you don't it would be a prisoner.
