The Katipunan and Republic of Negros begs to differ on sending our armies back to our land. We need most of our armies to stay in Shigori's countrysides and forts, as our tiny islands can't obviously support our massive armies. The Philippines is already as crowded as it is.

It was more directed to Qarir and Muscovy than other states but it would still be preferable if you could try to fit as many people as you can. Hell you probably could make a massive navy and put your men there
