1. How did you get Greek Fire? 2. Gunpowder isn't finished yet, and you need gunpowder for fireworks.

Gunpowder hasn't been invented yet. But it's in the process by a unknown person who Craft let make it

Gunpowder is finished and I was given greek fire.

He can make it be finished unless craft says otherwise.

Craft said only one person could make it yes? Yes and he let that person start to do it. It would be abuse of DM powers in my eyes if someone has been waiting forever just to make Gunpowder to have it snatched out of there hands.

He can do it if he wants to, Who knows, maybe that's what he's been working on for centuries.
