Workers are working around the clock to build a giant tunnels, dam, walls system around major cities. We also ask the Himalayas to help us by letting our man move to their land until we will be able to find out solution.

The Circle sends a group of 12 men to the ocean with a bunch of objects that float. Once satisfied with testing holes are dug under each building in the circle and attaching the objects to them.

They reply with "you have plenty of mountains, the southern Himalayas, the Eastern and Western Ghats"

We ask them if they know which of the mountains are safe

They tell you that all of them are safe, and to move citizens to whichever are nearedt

I also think that the walls should be above the water level. (Not all of them though)

As the waters begin to rise in the areas of floods, civilians in those areas are.escorted by any ships, from war to merchant, to safe, dry land.

A bridge is constructed between the capitol and the bank of the flooded area.

Many dams are built throughout the land, and are used to spin turbines that operate factories.

Would the people from our territory be evacuated along with yours?
