No matter what, it has been used, as it has reflected the room or place in which it was produced.

Kind of like the "if a tree falls in the woods and theres no one around to hear it, does it make a sound"... If a mirror is made and theres no one around to reflect in it, does it count as reflection? Kind of relates to not everything recognizing their reflection too.
