Announcement - ''Journey in the Dark''

Removed most of the Gundabad argument to clear up the thread.
Verdict: No Gundabad faction.
Now for a question, The forodwaith wont be included in any way?

I'm glad to see you 2 bringing back some RP to the forums by the way!

We may expand into Forodwaith, but I personally think the chances of it will be minimal.
would be nice to get a map of the nations and groups (where is everyone and what do they rule)
Riko should be working on one, and should have it done soon. Key word: should.

2 things: Can I claim mordor? Or instead, can I lead an army of uruk-hai to attempt to reclaim isendgard and make it a nation by fighting the ents once in for all? (If I am allowed to do this I will have the advantage of their slow thinking and decision making as well as their big disadvantage/inability of slow and ineffective communication)

13873166 , I'll have to ask you to stop writing each sentence in a different post. It fills up space.
Now, going through each question:
So whos rebelling the orcs or the other races
Sauron-alligned nations are the ones that can technically rebel, as others like Dunland, the elves, dwarfs, hobbits and goblins aren't under his wing. And rebellion is the player's choice.
And what about those goblin populations/groups undergound?
I have not listed goblins as they are either terribly few in numbers, too reclusive to even have heard of Sauron's return or actually stuck inside the Misty Mountains (I mean, how would anyone get outside Moria, now?).
They might be added if we fill our current faction list, even though that is unlikely to happen.

I believe we already have a claimant over Mordor. I encourage not picking the same nations as others. The closest thing to Mordor, in theory, is Gunndhor (vassal Gondor), so you could pick that. If you're not that skilled in RP, however, you could pick a smaller nation, or an adventurer/mercenary character to play.
Also, uruk-hai are currently extinct. What little were left after the War of the Ring were killed off by normal orcs.

I will watch over this thread along with the comming RP threads and clean it up from spam. However this is just the announcement post, so if there is anywhere to ask questions, it should be here.

Ayyy, nice to see ya my boy! Also, to prevent a possible conflict in the future, would you mind claiming a nation?

But if this really happened I think Sauron would of seen how good the Uruk Hai were being extremely smarter, taller, more equiped, and overall way more powerful and skilled, and therefore repopulated the uruk hai and possibly made more of the same race or a similar race.

Edit: Plus even if Saruman was a giant enemy to Saruan he still probably would of convinced his more powerful and stronger uruk hai soldiers to "serve me now that your leader is lost" and make more of them. (As killing a way stronger version of your army that you can learn from and possibly use is pointless)

What if i don't want to claim a nation? What if i want to have a private military group?
You got adventurers and mercenaries, my friend.
13873166 As I said, uruk-hai are extinct, and Sauron did in fact make his own uruk-hai, the Black Uruks.

Can we update the main post to have areas claimed?
And if a lot of the factions are taken you can ask for a new faction, possibly take over a provice or piece of land, make your own land/area like dan did, have a military company or group, or just be a mercanary or adventurer, or you can discuss with the host and the person who already claimed it
