Banned by: MrDrewSky
Reason: Autoclicker/ Modded Mouse/ Macro
So yesterday I was banned for autoclicking cause people thought I was hacking, I proved otherwise and even received formal excuses. Today while playing normally with another mouse I had agreed to use with De_Mik yesterday I got banned for "modded mouse" cause I was jitterclicking, I don't even know what to do at this point except go easy on everyone basically.

Note: You didn't exactly prove anything yesterday, the situation was vague and there was lack of proper evidence.

Good afternoon, BeKingAgain!

I was watching you earlier today. The big thing here is the fact that you used your modded mouse on the server after we told it was not allowed. Down in the log below, it clearly shows you telling Gia that you'll show him your modded mouse. We said not to use it no matter the circumstances. It's like using hacks in lobby. It may not be affecting gameplay at that moment, but it's against SERVER RULES which you blatantly broke by using it to show off to Lord_Giacom5, after we had made it clear to you to NEVER use it.

In addition to this, I have recorded you using the mouse and other suspicious moments. The videos are currently uploading, so, please, be patient and sit tight!

So, in this first video, at around 00:30 you can hear your clicking, which is quite fast and suspicious all in itself.

This is the video of you actually using your modded mouse. Watch the chat as you tell Lord_Giacom5 that you're "plugging it in." Skip to 1:15 to hear you actually use your "double click" modded mouse. You used your modded mouse. Also not to mention that it sounds quite similar to your clicking in the first video at 00:30.

So, in conclusion, you used your modded mouse, despite warnings from staff and other players not to use it. You ignored all warnings and went ahead and used it anyways.

Your punishment is just and will stand.

So I basically got banned cause I proved my point to Giacomo for lik 30 seconds and then proceded to switch mouses again. Funny thing is I even explained everything in the chat and you can clearly hear the difference between normal cps and jitterclicking. So yeah it's not the same thing as using it in pvp against other players, in fact it's kind of a "I want to ban you for reasons" ban more than a seriously motivated ban. Basically I can't use my main mouse cause of the risk of double clicking and I have to use an old and small one to play there, and still I can't even Jitterclick cause it will look like I'm using the doubleclick button. Only reason you banned me is cause I told you I have this button, which I could have not told you and just said it was full jitterclick so you'd have had no way to properly accuse me, since I had nothing to hide I told you about it and guess what now, I'm always using it apparently. If you wanna keep me banned for such a dumb reason without even some decent evidence you're free too, after all staff is always right^^

So, you do admit to using the mouse of the server, yes? And you say you can just disable the double click with just a push of a button, yes? Who's to say that you haven't been doing that this whole time? But, as I have previously stated; YOU BROKE SERVER RULES EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD NOT TO USE IT. I can use hacks on the server to prove my point of showing everybody that I don't use hacks. That doesn't mean my use of hacks were justified, no matter the duration of time that I used them. And you clearly stated in chat that you were using your specially modded mouse and using it's double click function. Many players have been suspicious of you and the mods have been watching. Also, we have people on the server with a high CPS who aren't suspicious like you've been.
FOR EXAMPLE GO TO THE FIRST VIDEO AND GO TO 00:30. Listen to that clicking. Then go to the second video to 1;15 and listen to the clicking. Very similar, yes? Sorta odd, don't you think?

Also, yes. Having that sort of smart attitude is really going to help your case at this point.

Firstly, an apology on my behalf. The rules, when they mention "modified clients", do not specifically mention macros. That's our fault, but it's assumed that common sense would infer "modified clients" also refer to the use of macros (e.g: double clicking).

Secondly, here is the note about using clients outside PvP from the Moderator Decrees thread:

5: Do not use modified clients in the lobbies.
  • The rule about no modified clients fully applies here too.
  • It is down to the staff to what extent any punishment will be given, as it is not as serious as hacking in-game.
  • It is possible that warnings will be given in this case.

We have had significant issues in the past with people "demonstrating" their clients or macros to other players, and so we have very strict rules on this you might consider completely unfair. But Drew is completely correct that even just showing off an unfair advantage is just as against the rules as using it in PvP.

Thirdly, the point which Drew made that in the first video posted here, you do very briefly click at that one time in a way which sounds like a two double-clicks. Perhaps not enough evidence as it is, but the fact that you were using this mouse, then admitted it, makes your situation a little worse. I make a practice of not overruling the decisions of Moderators or Pre-Moderators, but really your first ban should have been reduced to a month rather than thrown out completely in the first place, considering your use of a macro mouse.

This has added to that, and convinced me to go back to your previous ban. So you'll be banned for a month, then unbanned. Unfair or not, we have to enforce the rules uniformly.

To everyone else: yes, even if you are well known, demonstrating clients or macros in our out of PvP will get you banned.
