Resolved Boulder Troll Infinite Rock

If you pick up a rock as boulder troll and throw it on the ground then repeat and pick up all of the rocks and unstack them, you can throw infinite rocks with no cooldown. it also perma breaks the cooldown for the rest of the game
 
What do you mean by 'pickup all of the rocks and unstack them'?
 
I believe he means to drop rocks that you get onto the ground, then pick them all up and spread them across your inventory.
