Bows Used In Lobby

While every other projectile ability cannot be used in a lobby, bows can be used in the lobby which causes two problems:

• Fire Archer can grief mordor lobby by spamming arrows on the ground plus the lobby blocks are not disabled from being caught on fire
• Archers, specifically Harad Archers can exchange poison arrows with other classes by spamming arrows and reapplying class while all classes can pickup any arrows left in the lobby (16 arrows can be exchanged in 5 seconds)
