Bullying on Empire Wars

How are you supposed to play Empire Wars if the higher powered Alliance are bullying you or committing extortion to be left alone. ARE THERE EVEN MONITORS ON THIS STUPID GAME ? I need help.

agreed, the high donations really ruin the game for the build team by bullying the owner!

I am on Server 51 and a group called Merciless Mercs tried to extort my small alliance for 2 million silver. They and a few other large alliances just farm us lower level players and we cannot build up or even compete. I just want a chance to compete fairly.
