Since we can't post on reports anymore...


...just comment about what you think here. Hopefully this won't turn into garbage posting and stay decent.

All I see here is DasButen having lag, cool_col jumping to deal crits, and OP having a reaaaly annoying video. Come on... it's a report video, why the voice recording ? Why the intro ?

Also, spawncamping is when you camp at YOUR OWN spawn. Waiting at the other people's spawn isn't spawncamping. Get your facts straight people.
 
Does that really disturb you that much? Surely you don't really see a lot of intros in reporting threads, but at least it's another person helping the community by reporting hackers.


And besides, it was good proof, the guy he reported used forcefield, and he even slowed it down so it's easier to see. Nothing to complain about.
 
Most of staff says that damage indicators are disallowed. However, Only says they are allowed :s
As for Zan's Minimap: Minimaps are allowed IF the entity radar is disabled. So, the recorder is breaking the rules here.
And no, Python, including your 9000 times, 9002.

And I gotta agree that, while I think hacking reports are great, the intro was VERY painful since my internet connection at this moment is crap, the video has taken several minutes to load in decent quality. And the weird sound effects..?
What we wanna hear is the game sounds.

The proof is... vague. I gotta admit I've never seen a forcefielder in slow motion. It'd feel a lot more natural for me to judge if there was sound too. And that short, laggy record is hardly enough to support a ban. I will rewatch later, when my internet is better again.

And xD lmao hahahaahahah "ggg" "recorded" "get banned" he did nothing wrong xDDD LOL

EDIT: Difficult case. I'm very sure that headsnaps can be done without hacks as well, and it would all have seemed legit, if it wasn't for the accuracy of his headsnap. It takes just a centisecond or so, and he aims with 100% accuracy.

Staff can see it if it's caused by lag or if it isn't spawncamping. We're not stupid, we can notice things like this without people commenting about it. Even in different threads it's not necessary.

The main purpose of this thread was to have a decent comment section while still having the actual reports clean and empty.

I'm pretty sure you're not stupid (at least not 100% of the time ~_o ), and that you can make the difference. I just feel like commenting on some reports should be one of our rights. We all get that you want clean reports, and that's fine, really. But having somewhere where we are allowed to discuss about it would be good, in my opinion.

Now, if you don't feel that way, well, just lock and I'll be okay with your decision too.

When I record for hackers, sometimes, when I'm in a melee, I think to myself that that part of the recording will be unusable, because I turn my head too quickly and too accurately to many people, and that would make people think I use forcefield... when it's mainly just luck.

I don't have any recorded example here but I'll post them :P

Yea, most experienced pvpers can do 180°s and stuff pretty accurately, but since this was outside of the FOV (even with quake pro, which gives you 65° on each side, and deadly accurate, I don't doubt that he hacks.
 
Don't pull a Lazee... I think you went to preschool to learn how to count. (did you? it doesn't seem like it :P)

Thanks Anrza but I was reportet for Hacking too a while ago and I got banned for it but I wasnt so please I know you dont trust DasButen but trust me I know him like 2 years now from other pvp server we fought side by side against zombis in MineZ destroyed factions on faction servers and more of this we did and I know he isn´t hacking he is better in melee fight then me but I was better in sniping then him so we was a great team, all I want to say is that I trust him as an old friend and I will prof every time he isnt hacking, only if I see that he hits more then 2 enemys at the same time
