Dasbuten probably has killaura/click-aimbot.
Oddball doesn't have either, his head doesn't snap or anything, he's not breaking any rules whatsoever. It's common among people fighting several enemies to try to hit them both, it's actually a very good strategy, and I use it myself if I believe I can win that way. You're seeing what you want to see here, where there's nothing to see.
