Daily Present Not Working

Sorry I can't think of an alliteration for this one, too tired. Anyway, I have this problem where I am unable to use the daily present chest. It just gives the message saying I've already claimed it and it's been doing this for several days. I was able to use it once, but it's been doing this since then.
 
I'll resolve this bug then. If you notice it again, be sure to re-report.

FYI, the most common cause for this bug is the server failing to restart. The daily present doesn't refresh every 24 hours automatically, nor does it refresh 24 hours after you last claimed it. It refreshes upon a server restart, which is *supposed* to happen every night EU time.
