Dwarves with their diamond axes have too much damage. You can't win an 1 vs 1 against one of them even if you hit him more times. That is why on Erebor orcs won't win. Debuff them to make teams more balanced. Thx.
 
Tank is right, everyone use the same two op classes, what are the other classes for?
