Donaters and leaders

Well, teams are supposed to have only a few leaders. They only real way to easily limit the amount is by giving it to a group of people there are less off. And as the donor classes are stronger, they fit leadership quality. (Even though some are *cough* akam *cough* extremely stupid.
 
Look OK, if you give an order in chat like 'go constructor and repair!' one or two Rp people will listen, but for the vast majority

NOBODY CARES

I rarely listen to things people post in chat and I doubt anyone else does either

Lol. what if when you start the game your team votes on a leader and he can /unite during that game?

Or we could just accept that you can't have a leader to organize players.
There can be so many reasons to why they wont follow orders:
1. They don't know english good enough
2. They're not familiar with the terms that are used in the orders
3. They don't give a crap about anything but their own stats
4. They're trolls
5. They don't like the person giving orders
6. They're the kind of people who can't do anything and keep but the smallest eye on the chat at the same time
7. They're just too plain stupid to get what's going on

Yea, I think that covers about 90% of the server. You're simply not gonna succeed in organizing them.

I honestly am getting sick of this Sjoerdtim after I stop breaking server rules for FOUR months and you still can't seem to forget me saying ONE thing to a moderator who forgave me HIMSELF. Seriously just stop getting all my nerves. If I were you, I wouldn't hate someone who lives 7000 miles away from me for some stupid internet minecraft feud.[/quote]

I hope I don't get banned for that but I am just sick of tibbles just putting salt in my wounds. He won't forget the past and move on. I am not Wixxi because I changed but I don't think he has realized that after so long. As for leadership, I don't think he has seen me lead Gondor to victory 90% of the time because I have met him like once a month.[/quote]

So, according to your statement on my wall, you say people (including yourself) come to Minecraft (which I'm assuming implies all additional facilities such as Enjin) to have fun. Yet, you're continuously stating your hate (quite vividly I may add) for another player. Indeed, great ol' fun for the whole family!
