Some of you might be familiar with this perk, which is a donor perk on our sister server. It is custom coded, however I don't think that is an issue.
I'm not sure which donors would be getting it but the idea is to be able to do stuff like /riot, /shrug and such and it would send it in chat like: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It would probably be wise to put a cool down for the usage of this command.
