It is possible to get in through the top of the bards hq. You might have to be a Nazgul though, or have a Nazgul assist you because it involves falling large distances.

In my opinion, if you really want to know about the easter eggs, you should meet up in game. It's way more fun showing people these places, then just telling them about it here.
