Suggestion: we'll use the military 5 letter words for the situations:
SNAFU (Situation Normal, All F**ked Up)
TARFU (Things Are Really F**ked Up)
FUBAR (F**ked Up Beyond All Recognition)

NECRO i'm a strategist and can kill a troll no sweat when i'm playing i always see how we fight one at a time if we worked as a team i'm sure that we could crush there skulls i would be honored to fight with your strike force.
The recruitments for now are closed BUT if someone gets upgraded his previous spot will be free.
With all these groups/teams/guilds being created, you can only hope that it doesn't end like Pig Guild vs Pig Hunters(both got shut down by staff).

Note that formations are designed for 5, but will fit more if needed.

The team leader, commander, and captains may issue commands. If absolutely needed, other members may.
How do you issue a command?
Say in chat something like "--- Formation" or "Form the ---".
How will formations help us?
By using formations, we can improve our communication skills, and be able to take out targets faster.
Are certain formations good at taking out certain enemies?
Yes, by using different formations, you can take out enemies with skill and precision.
Are formations weak to certain enemies?
Naturally. All things have a weakness, and formations are no exception. However, one formation's weakness may be another formation's strength.
These are the formations:
Line formation
Good for bottlenecking a position. Good for a charge.
Block formation
Good for blocking a position. Designed so that when one man falls, he is quickly replaced by another.
Wedge formation
Good for a charge. Easy to manage.
Loose formation
Easiest formation to set up. Poor for a charge. Good at evading enemy fire. Hard to manage.
Skirmish formation
Good for boxing in a target. Easy to manage. Arguably the hardest formation to set up.

Well the formations would be good, but you realize people can go through people right? if that would not happen this would be perfect.
