I founded the crew.... That, by rights, does make me the founder. In my case leader. Its not about who gets leadership. Because at the end of the day I still have slots for Commander (technically it's like "co/admin") and Captain (which is like Mod") I'm not saying those are the ranks and how they should be treated as one. Personally i treat my own team like i am one of them.

Cross formation:
P = Person
IP = Important person

Great for protecting an important person (like Necro or a gold keeper). Rather hard to manage.


Don't mind this. Beastofawesome was once a self-centered dingus, but has seen the error of his ways thanks to Necro, oddball, and other folks.

BeastOfAwesome, I think we can stick to very basic formations, perhaps just a few that needs 5 or less people to do. I know it sounds amazing making formations but I believe not everyone wishes to be commanded all the time to do formations. Again, simple ones is recommended.

Did this happen? No, but this is what would have happened if armies didn't listen to their leaders, and assume proper formations. Do you think Alexander the Great could conquer an entire continent by charging blindly into a city? NO! He used formations!

Solution: Rule with an iron fist. Demand the respect and order of people, and crush all insubordination. We are a GUILD, not a joke. We need order in the guild.

Beast, we are playing this game for fun. I play when i'd like to relax. Away from rules and that stuff. And the formations? If somebody lags? Or has slowness? Or gets rekt? Remember we can walk through people.

This is a serious group, designed to win. If you don't want serious, hardcore playing, you may not be fit for an organized guild like this.

#BeastOfAwesome - I founded and created this strike force team to have fun. The reason being is that working in small teams (i know i have 23 slots, but not all of them would be online at the same time) would be fun to take on the objective. I do not, at all disagree with the idea with a few formations, but it is MC and I'm sure not everyone would suit sticking with many formations, because it would be chaos, calling out formations over and over. Personally i would get very tired of this. like "ynnojax" said, its not a hardcore team, its for simple fun and teamwork. I would keep small formations like maybe: Cover Fire (hide, whilst archers hide and shoot) and simple coordination's. I'm not saying i dislike this, but i feel like if i command these formations, it sounds like a dictatorship (1 leader against all), and its more of a strike force community.

Don't forget it's meant for fun guys. Sure, I can play League of Legends very disciplined. Would I outplay them? Yes, probably. Would I have as much fun as ''the normal dicking around''? Nope.



Play Taric, spam the chat with gems. Go gems build. Be outrageous. 9/11 would Taric again.
