Flag captures announced wrongly

Alot of flags such as "The Great Forges" (from erebor) have a text saying HAS been captured. This touches alot of other maps if not all of them.

Before:
The Great Forges has been captured by Orcs!

After (hopefully):
The Great Forges have been captured by Orcs!

Yeah another one is the automatic insertion of 'The' before every flag name. Yeah it's useful, but for us (who make the maps) it'd be useful to toggle has/have and the/[no the].

It's easier to have the map names shorter (so omitting 'The'), coding the messages to be grammatically correct is not a necessity but is a nice touch

Alright, it's taken a while, but I've added a seperate option to remove the "The" and/or change the "has" to a "have".
All flags are now good.
