Yes, finally! First person to give a correct answer was RikiMitiko! It's a Haradrim town. Took you guys awhile! Thought somebody would guess it at second hint. x.x
Sneak peek stuff, you can't see the dragon's head, but it's rib cases you can see.
And here's a picture of a random house I entered.
The map is about 60-70% done, I still have a giant mountain todo and a giant cave inside that mountain todo. ^^
