Helm's deep

I think updating broke helm's deep, or Tim changed it

We couldn't spawn on our horses, they were pretty slow, the number of lives didn't change, our horses had less health maybe other stuff
 
I noticed this too, in particular the fact that horses were extremely slow. Plus, in the map that followed (Tirith) the game crashed twice with some occasional massive lag spikes.

Alright, so Minecraft 1.8 changed the default horse to this slower and weaker type of horse.
I can fix the health but I don't think I can fix the speed.

I'll also have a look at the lives.

I think we should keep the server at 1.7.5 or something until most plugins are compatible with 1.8 and THEN update the server fully. For myself, im staying at 1.7.4 because most servers haven't updated, and that's the version that has all my mods.
 
except in 1.7.9 higher cuz the skins loads in it only
use my lurtz head for berserkers and find a better one for the normal uruks
