Help! - Cant log in

I tried logging into minecraft with my correct login details and it says I entered my details wrong. I tried resetting my password and it still says my details are wrong. I tried logging into both the minecraft and mojang website and it says my account info is wrong. What do I do?

Apparently I logged into too many of my alts too fast or something so it locked me logging in? Not really sure.

this can also happen when the authentication servers are down.
