Pending MVP advancements have been bugged for a long time now

This bug is currently under investigation and pending approval on replication.

Multiple people can confirm this.
My /stats for example say that I have 37 mvps, my advancements say that I have 9/10 in Experienced Soldier and 15/25 in General of War.
