And How about some Mordor Subfactions?
But I don't really know them that well but at least something that has to do with Nan-Ungol, Daruthang, Morannan and maybe Nurn.

These are for any map with Mordor in them.

Bloodsworn Warriors from the deepest parts of Durthang, the Bloodsworn are the elite bodyguard and shock troops of the feared Orc Warchief of the Hold. These soldiers, though lightly armored, are fierce in melee, wielding cruel axes forged in the cruel forges of Minas Morgul.

Armor: Chain chestplate and boots, rest is leather
Weapon: Diamond axes with sharpness, maybe a chance to deal withering for 3 seconds?
Effects: Strength 1

The stout defenders of the Black Gate, the Morannan Guard are tasked with guarding the most important defense against Gondor, along with dealing with any revolts in Udun. Wearing thick armor, and wielding deadly polearms, the Guard is ideal at defending positions.

Armor: Full iron, protection 1 on chestplate
Weapon: Iron axe with sharpness on it called halberd. At some point, maybe a textured hoe that looks like a spear.
Effects: Slowness 1

Hailing from the rough foothills of Nurn, Hunters are experienced ranged warriors used to bring down marauding packs of trolls, wargs, and other beasts. They cross the gap between skirmisher and warrior, and are suitable for close quarters and ranged combat.

Armor: Chain chestplate, rest is leather
Weapon: Iron sword, three throwable spears that deal decent damage
Effects: Speed 1

Bred and trained to be the best of the Dark Lord's soldiers, the Captains of Barad-Dur are the strongest Uruks on the battlefield, the first into slaughter and the last out. Wearing the best armor available and weapons from a bygone age, they are one of the greatest foes of Middle-Earth.

Armor: Diamond chestplate, rest is iron, all have protection one
Weapon: Diamond sword with sharpness
Effects: Resistance 1, slowness 2

I really like those classes, although Barad-Dur Captian seems a little op
