Next Map Vote Improvement

I think /nextmap should only include players who are actually in a team in the vote percentages, or there will be AFK people in the lobby scuppering the vote for people who are actually playing.

I don't think this is a good idea. People who don't like the map might stay in the lobby to wait it out, so their votes should count as much. The AFK people are a problem though.. any suggestions as to how to factor them out?

In stead of kicking when someone is marked as afk, just mark them as afk on the server. Then, factor afk people out of the playing 'players'.

Except the kick only runs in teams, not in main lobby. This could be implemented though, but could also cause more lag.
