I've noticed that polls do absolutely nothing. absolutely nothing.
This means that no matter what majority wants, our opinion doesn't matter.
So in the dark lands of Enjin, the Dark High One, LazeeKat forged the One Poll. Vote in it.

Listen, he turns down most things because we don't run the server.
He does.
Lemme tell you the reason he doesn't want to have more mods.
In the words of some person I saw on a thread
RAGE OVERRULES LOGIC.
What I mean is that, think of this person. He gets TOTALLY targeted all day,
gets killed as armored troll and naz gul. all by the same person.
then he realizes this: HEY! I am mod.
he bans the person for "Hacks" When he really rages. and how is tibby
supposed to know if he really hacks?

With Class suggestions and adjustments.
Its his server. He does what he wants with it, infact a good amount of them are
either OP or underpowered.

Map suggestions:
He and his build team don't want to. If you don't like them,
then really. just leave when the map comes on if you don't like it.

Foist of all, I can smell the bias to disagree with me from a mile away :3
Soicend, who said anything about how many mods there are????
Thoid, If a majority of the server wants something and all he says is things like "no bc no", then somethings gotta change.

Ok Lazee, that is complete bull, he's not just disagreeing with you because he wants to disagree with you, he's got a point. Not everyone can be trusted with mod, and what he said is a key reason why there aren't more mods.
The fact that you'd assume he's being biased against you calls your respect for all of us into question. Kordian's done nothing wrong, no need to claim he's persecuting you
You're right that you said nothing about how many mods their are, however his train of thought is easy to follow down a path that isn't persecuting you. The number of mods is something that is frequently disputed in polls. Also, if there were more mods, perhaps more polls would be answered and put into action.
I agree, tim should listen to us more, but we have to realize that he and all the other mods are busy people, and not all of these ideas are great. Some sound great in theory, but in practice would suck and just cause more polls to get them taken OUT. So, in conclusion, I think we should respect the mods judgement, and their busy lives, and accept that everything we write isn't gonna get put into the game. However, polls are still an effective way to get an idea on the table and start a (mostly) constructive debate about whether or not to put it in game, which the mods may or may not listen to.

There are lots of things that need changing to make this server better and Tim either doesn't have the time to do it, which means we should have more builders, or he just doesn't want to, which means we need more builders.

That's really just bad staff. There are several players on the server who has never been seen rage, to my knowledge.

Concerning your thoughts about class suggestions and adjustments:
Some suggestions are just rage suggestion by people tired of getting killed by trolls/mages. But there are many suggestions that are more thought through than many of the classes we have today.

Concerning your thoughts about map suggestions:
He and his build team are just lazy.

He may not be the one running the server, but considering that he randomly lost 30% of the playerbase a few months ago, and it doesn't look like it's regenerating, it's time to listen to what the players has to say.

Not everyone can be trusted with mod, no. But he hasn't added any new mods since MAY 31st, 2013. Really, do you see that date? It's over a year ago. Now we have almost no staff. Yea, Lju is maybe on a few hours a week, and I'm glad he his, but moderating a server of this size isn't really a job for one person only. Tim has enough staff, no doubt. But he does not have enough active staff.

No, agreed, not all our suggestions are great. Some are really bad. But do you know what makes me lose respect for his decision to ignore all suggestion threads? That he never even fucking tries to add something. What was the last thing he added? Pelennor? Yea. It received overall negative feedback. In the poll on the main page you can see that 29% of the community likes it least of all maps, and that's saying a lot. Did he remove it or even change it? He didn't.

On the topic of Staff:

Other servers out there who are a bit similair to us may have a whole lot more (active) staff. Probably because of the fact that if moderators leave for some time (for example school), they get demoted and will get modded again if they are back. Which is something we don't have here. If we would, we would have around 3-4 moderators at the moment. But that leads us to my next point:

Choosing new moderators. Yes, it's well known that Sjoerd is a person who prefers to know a person before he's going to give him the rank. That's just how he is, his personality. As for that said Sjoerd, think of a business. You've a nice company of twenty people. But hey, people leave and people get fired. If new people don't get added to replace those posts, the business would get into trouble. That means that you need to hire new people. There might be ten people trying to get that post, but you want to know all of them before you are going to give away that post to what you think is the best person. That's ok, you've the time, it are only ten persons.

But sometimes, if there are for example a hundred people (For all of you who didn't know, some posts do get over hundreds of applications) who want a certain post, you don't have the time to know them. You pick a few out, then get to know them better. And of those few you pick your man for the job.

Noted how the last situation sounded a bit familiar? If you would go on the server and ask if someone wants a moderator rank because you need a new one, a lot of people would raise their hand. I would say, pick a few out of the community who you think are good moderators, then get to know them well. Good enough till you think that you can trust them. Then, pick your guys for the job.

But hey, that's my mind on this subject.
