Redefining Constructor Role and Spawn Blocking

Hi, I have recently received a ban for placing barricades as a Constructor class in the Throne Room on the Helms Deep map. In my opinion, I think the block spawning rule needs to be deprecated for pending removal, or something else.

To give a history, the Constructor class used to have infinite blocks to place down. This results in a playstyle where Defenders would suicide dump blocks all over the gates, choke point, or anywhere that hinders the Attackers from charging towards the flag. To counteract this playstyle, the Attackers would place blocks near where the Defenders spawn to give them any chance of capturing the flag. This would later become a rule where players will receive a ban for blocking spawns. It would take several months for the Constructor class to be reworked where they have a finite number of blocks to work with. This put an end to the suicide spam block playstyle.

Which brings us to today, I do not think the block spawn rule should be a thing. To give context, we spent roughly 25 minutes fighting in the Throne Room with little to no hope for the Attacker team to capture the flag. Mind you there was a massive wall that took us a long time to cut down. I decided with 5 minutes remaining in the game to go to the main starting point to collect all of the wood piles, and then placed barricades at the tunnel where the Defenders come from. I used up all of the Attacker's team wood resources to barely capture the Throne room.

We were never going to win that game because we do not have the time to capture the last 2 remaining flags, but at least we got to fight at the Stables flag instead of the dreadful Throne Room where nothing happens. Either you change the spawning point for the Defender's team at the Throne Room, or remove the spawn blocking rule. Otherwise, we will forever have stale match ups on that particular flag. It does not help that the Defenders can place barricades at the Gate(3 block length chockpoint), which I do not see how that is any different than placing barricades at the tunnel. Both concepts hinder a team's movement from coming through to either attack or defend. Wood is now a finite resource, so you cannot place barricades forever.

Moving this to suggestions. This rule will be looked into for the constructor rework part 2.
