RPG Glitch - Crossroads Island (Prison Camp)

The door which is supposed to take you out of this magical island just kills you when you step on it, and I've spent like 2 hours looking for another exit, found none. I'm like 90% sure that this needs to be fixed but I apologise if theres another way out.
