a cooldown of a week would mean another time variable. more time variables = more lag

Hmmm, that might be a good point. But you if it's just a 50% refund rate, there is no need for a cooldown. Who in their right mind would buy and sell a class over and over again.

I would. Simply because I have every point class and I would do that when Im bored.
It wouldn't have to be on a time variable, it could just reset every monday for example
