Yes, all those above 125 are shots from above or non-legit. It would mainly depend on luck, but even knowing vaguely where to aim at helps a lot. Missing by 2m or so is much better than missing by 200m. The former will get you a lucky shot the latter wont.

I knew where the target was (where loads of ppl were) and I just kept shooting that way.
 
i think my sharpshoot record is pushing 100 but i think that like farmeraap said it doesnt really matter what ur score is i dont think it reflects how good an archer u r at all because most of the time u dont even NEED to be able to shoot 9000
two questions:1. lord_sauron how the heck did u shoot some1 from 9005 blocks and 2. i swear ive beaten my record once or twice, but if it was far enough, it wasnt counted because it didnt kill the opponent. i was just wondering whether u have to kill the opponent in order to get your record
 
Personally, I only like, what, more then hundred?

Does it matter? It's about killing your targets, not hitting them from as far as possible.
 
You do not have to kill your opponents. Question: Does the record count on Vertically or horizontally?

horizontally, if it was vertical you could go to the top of any tower and be sure that your going to beat 100 block target.
 
I must go with lame because your using a mod that IS NOT allowed on the server so you might want to turn it off because then you can see people through the walls like your doing right now with their health.
 
I don't think they can - can use plugins to stop hacking(i think) and look for obverses player using an aimbot, one that never misses.
 
Aimbot is pretty ineffectual on team battle servers. It has no way to differentiate between your team and the enemy. It might work for some cases, but for most it harms you more than it helps.
