Team, Bug

Ive noticed the last couple of days multiple people being in a team spawn with a kit but they have no tag and have free fire to attack anyone in fact they can aswell spawn anywhere.

I might have said wrong as i think it only happened to one player but if i remember right its safe in lobbys

Can you tell me which spawns these are? Do you mean to say they are in a team spawn without a team, and can damage people? Do you know under which conditions this occurs?
