The year is 116 FA (first age) and the construction of Gondolin is finished. Many Elvish and Human writers and poets form together and create the Forgnesse Scrolls, named after the ancient poet Fognesse of the house of Fingolfin. It is said that the order of the bards were based on the Fognesse Council of writers and poets. Here as follows are parts of the Scrolls that were collected and found by Elvish architects in 580 FA(70 years after the fall of Gondolin) and kept in the halls of Rivendell under safeguard of the High-Elves. These scrolls describe and give much information of the lore in the FA.
