I was made a bard by ThuBioNerd, and I claim my place by rights. So. There. What now?
I was a minor bard XD No one cared about us...
There is now a list of bards on the first page of the thread.

1. If you dont want to add inactive people, go see the list in Osgliath and send a Pm to everyone. Those that reply, are active.

But it is accessible.
What about the old entrance? The one with all the water elevator?
That one was blocked off. Or a water block was removed. Whatever they did, you can't get in that way anymore.
Those aren't bards. Those are members of the Giggling Donkey. I don't know what it is.
A thing I am pretty sure Beepbobit requested, these people were mentioned in stories that were made by the bards, so he wanted it made. Others are just the times when we elected dwarf kings and such, just titles members gave each other really, depending on what that person resembled to them the most.

Here's a little story. I could make more if needed, although I may not have the time 
A light shined atop of the Orocani Mountains for a brief moment, but noticeable to all.
Then. . . boom. A large object made contact with the ground, creating a great shockwave. The citizens of Orocai'i, just down below the source of the light, panicked as their dishes, cups, trinkets, and more were knocked off their resting places, fatally making contact with the ground. Some houses collasped, injuring those who dwelled within.
The object was massive. It was 10 meters tall and meters feet wide; the crater it created spanned hundreds of feet. It was relatively round, but its surface was overall. . . lumpy. It's color was a bright yellow, although patches of green also resided.
A rabbit, curious of the object, hopped towards it from outside the crater. It hopped straight up, reaching the top in no time. It began to sniff the surface, then began to bite.
Then, a hatch opened.
Out came a round, yellow thing, perhaps the size of a hobbit. It resembled a lemon. With some effort, it managed to exit the yellow "thing," and survey the outside world. An eye came out of the top, resembling a periscope, and it scanned the horizon.
Then, it saw the rabbit.
Although the organism was faceless, anger seemed to radiate from its citrus body. It was not happy. Out came another "limb," one resembling a hose. Out came. . . lemonade.
The liquid hit the rabbit straight in the head. It fell to the ground, as if it was dead. Yellow tentacles emerged, one by one, from the amorphous body of the lemon, grabbed the rabbit, and tossed it toward the open hatch. Another tentacle came out, and snagged the poor mammal straight out of the air. It then carefully placed it into the hatch.
And behold, one afer another, these things poured out of the hatch. Each one rolled out carefully to the ground, then formed themselves in a unique way on the surface. They were very orderly, but instead of normal horizontal ranks, they formed circular ones.
Once all had exited, they began. As if one, the moved. They rolled.
They rolled to the city of the pitiful men. Only one goal they had in mind. Annihilation.

It isnt "the state of the bards," its just the bards, joe is referring to the state they are in
