VIP: Spectator, Jump pads, Fireworks, Able to join full teams

Pro: Spectator, Jump pads, Fireworks, Able to join full teams to a bigger extent

Elite: Spectator, /startvote, Spectator Abilities, Fireworks, Jump pads, Able To Join full teams to a max extent

Who is going to pay 40 dollars to have /startvote and be able to WATCH OTHER PEOPLE PVP. Pro and VIP are pretty much identical so your wasting 15 dollars by buying it. This is why people are not donating there is 0 benefit in doing it.

Don't even start with the EULA crap. The eula has shut down 0 servers and how long has Conwy been reported ago? Like 2-3 months now? Is it taken down? NO. Will it ever be? NO. Will Conwy change? NO.

This is why donations have been short lately.

Nothing has happend to the servers that dont follow EULA, i know Tim just wants to follow the rules but just, realy... We do need more donations. Non of us want this server to have to shut down.
Oh and maybie do so the lobby fireworks is a bit more colorfull...

Clearly you do not understand the legal implemants of the EULA. If tim did ignore it, HE WILL BE FOUND OUT also they will shut down the servers. Think about it, if you were selling a buisness you would not have time to deal with this, but microsoft does. Conwy WILL get shut down also the server is allot better now and you can sponser it like I do. So quit complaining. The server is better for all people now.

Thats exactly why we are arguing They will close us down even if we did it for a short while and have not scince.

We would only do a MINOR buff. It would also make more sense for Microsoft to kill bigger servers and ones that ignore the EULA to a bigger extent.

EULA is simple, dont give donors an advantage..
The consuequences are simple too, servers that bypass the rules of the EULA will be terminated.
what about that do you not understand?
 
I wanna wait about 3 months before ignoring the Eula, incase Microsoft decides to start shutting servers down. But it says nothing against adding "Custom particle effects to donors" since that counts as cosmetics. So I'd say start planning what kind of particles different donors should receive.
 
vips: yellow particles
pros: pink particles
elite: particles of choice

Harad-Red
Gondor-White or White Blue
Rohan-Yellow
Fangorn-Green
Dwarves- Gray
Elves: (the highelves from the wall of helms deep) yellow white or white blue
 
If things don't change EW will continue to lose money every month and shutdown. This is the cold hard reality, people wont donate out of the kindness of their hearts they want something out of it

That is true, with a few exceptions. I think ice donates 20 euros every month, as an extra donation.
