Ban/Mute Reason:Fly "hacks"

Why i should be unbanned: the "hack" is gone, and the ban itself is unreasonable
I recently got problems with minecraft, some were that i would die (60% chance)or take damage(40%) when touching water and also that when crouching and jumping i would go into fly mode till touching the ground again (from what i and others can tell it has to do with corrupted files which still i think does not explain flying tho) since i got them (5 days ago was the first time i noticed) i just waited till they would go away, today i experienced the flight glitch for the first time on another server. When logging in on Empirewar i accidentally flew in the lobby. When confronted i explained but as expected most did not even think about that option, when on blackgate i wanted to show the one who accused me the most what would happen when i flew and why it would hold no advantage till fixed. Since in the first server i experienced it in i would get kicked after ~2 seconds of flight (had to relog everytime to fly down a few blocks so i could touch the ground) a bit of unnecessary information to my surprise i did not get kicked?? Just lagged back to the ground (might want to fix that) at that point, may i add not before Freek suddenly entered chat and IIRC said someothing like well i guess i have to ban you then, in the case of him just logging in i wanted to explain but a few seconds after asking if i could explain. i was gone (I hope he hadn’t been reading chat before banning me or this unreasonable ban would be a ban (i beg you not to deny cause of this) purely cause he can?)
How can i ensure it wont accidentally happen again? Simple after figuring out what the problem was i decided to reïnstall this night after i went off, well i got banned so had to get off a little early, i reïnstalled and the problem is gone (water glitch still exists ): ). So i see no reason to continue this ban and keep me off one of the few pvp servers i have actually enjoyed for a long time (1.6 if not earlier till a few hours ago)
Edit: after deleting every file connected to minecraft and downloading minecraft again the flight glitch problem is also resolved
