VENTURES INTO THE REMOTE (RP)

Iver felt the blast while he was flying, it almost made him drop out of the sky. He landed on the beach next to the rest of the giants, unaware about hazi (who didnt do anything for Iver to notice him), waiting for one of them to suggest a plan. Because he was out of guts and ideas.
 
Grimnir Goes to take position in a safe distance and picks up trees, as he Sharpened them Into javelines and waits for Thoruk to down the giant's fire.
 
Cardiloc howled and bounded after the escaping Crocolion, leaping over the corpse of the larger one he attempted to charge into the flank of the first Crocolion.

The wolf turned towards the new threat, and bared its teeth menacingly as it looked to the others for what to do.
 
The Behemoth began to stand, its huge legs extending as it stood upright and began to take its first step forward, landing on the beach, sending sand flying up everywhere. Its feet were smoldering, its hands exuding fire. Yet, the flames moved irregularly. Something seemed to be quivering, the flames ignited and flared, then were doused out by some invisible force.

Thoruk felt control over the heat created by the Behemoth. The Giant took little notice of them as it looked out to the western sea. It didn't seem to want to fight, it wanted to escape.

Ha'zi was back into the Warrior Giant and saw the carnage, the wreckage around him. Sigeric was running on the beach, Iver had landed next to him, Cardiloc was nearby and ready to fight the Behemoth, meanwhilst Dimitri was next to him in the Dwarf Giant, Grimnir's Destroyer had three javelin-like palm trees and the Elemental Giant stood furthest from them all, seemingly putting out the Behemoth's fire.

Without the flames they could take a shot at it. However, the Behemoth's fires were inconsistent and seemed to fluctuate. Yet, now they were out.

Vlad walked toward Iver and told him "Did you forget about your other friends?". Oh shit, illmare and the others. Iver allowed Vlad to get on his back and flew to the direction that he saw the giant coming from, hoping that his fear about the non shifter triggering the behemoth was not true.
 
Grombrindal's Giant form throws a javelines with full force towards the Behemoth's neck, to hopefully weaken him, if not damage the person within.
 
Dimitri sprints towards the Behemoth, knowing that he might only have one shot at this. He would try to climb his leg and use his superior biting strength to bite through its hamstrings.
 
Iver saw the crater. It was huge and he found some charred bodies in it. Were those his friends? Marco? Sam? Ilmare?

Then he saw some movement away from the destroyed patch of jungle. In the burning flames that had erupted from the Behemoth he saw people running away, deeper into the jungle. Some had survived.

The javelin flew through the air. It landed, Grimnir's accuracy was on spot (how could he miss such a huge thing?), yet they did nothing but draw the attention of the Behemoth.

The Giant stared down at Grimnir and turned around slowly. That was when Dimitri charged. The Behemoth was caught off-guard by the assault from the Dwarf Giant, which managed to grasp onto the Behemoth's right leg but before he could take a bite out of it or climb further up the colossal thing reached its meaty right hand down to grab Dimitri.

Cardiloc did the same as Dimitri, bounding towards the giant with greater speed than the Dwarf Giant. He began to climb up its leg as well aiming to take a bite out of its stomach.

Iver needed water to do so. And to somehow grab enough. It would be impossible. The fires were raging out of control in various directions around the crater.

Cardiloc reached the left leg and saw its other hand reach down for him. He was quick enough to dodge it, though and able to make it up to its knee.

As the Giant was distracted from behind, Grimnir throws another large javeline towards it's neck, this time, easier to hit the person.
 
Ha'zi was thinking of a plan, but it  seemed the others went ahead anyways. Sighing, he looks around for something he can do, and spots the warhammer in the dead Croc's eye. As Thoruk realises the behemoth was turning around, he knew that only keeping his flames low, wouldn't help that much. "Aye, I need to find something I can use to distract him so he doesn't crush Dimitri" the migthy dwarf thinks as he remembers that there's a vulcano on this island. "The other shifter was able to stand in the lava, so I should be able to touch it without having pain I guees" he adds in his mind while moving towards the magma-flow so he could pick up lava and compress it with wind to form some sort of a ball out of it, almost like in the forges where you also need something to form the hot metal-liquid.
 
Iver could not bring enough water, not in time and he started to freak out. "Calm down Iver, you can’t do anything when you are panicked. Take a few breathes and calm it, illmare can heal burns and such and I’m sure the survivors are running away" Vlad calmed Iver, who started taking deep and slow breathes
 
Sigeric ran across the beach, approaching the Behemoth. He needed to wait for the perfect opportunity to transform. The Behemoth was clearly trying to walk past the group, and the Guardian would become useless if deployed out of range. Sigeric moved to intercept it, staying ahead of the Giant.
 
As Iver is flying around his breath calms and he notices something. Coming out of his bat form's mouth was a cold draft that seemed to chill the air. A new ability?

Thoruk's attempts to raise magma yielded no results. It wasn't going to work or so it appeared.

The Behemoth was actually facing them, so Grimnir's javelin hit the front of its neck, sliding into the skin, yet doing nothing to the beast. The javelin-trees were like toothpicks to this beast. The Dwarf Giant ripped out a chunk of the Behemoth's leg muscle. The thing reached down and nearly grasped the Dwarf before it leaped off and made a dash back to the others. The Behemoth's leg began to steam and the flesh grew back at an unparalleled rate. Was this another power it had? Extreme regeneration?

The Hybrid, on the other hand, reached the thing's stomach by climbing up it using its claws. The Elemental was too focused on raising magma and not on keeping the flames out which led to the Behemoth erupting in fire, again. Cardiloc felt his wolf-form burn as he was blasted off the Giant's body by steaming flames, sending him flying through the air.

Iver saw Cardiloc falling to his doom from 40 meters in the air and could save him if he was quick. The wolf-form had been largely burnt to a crisp.

Before Ha'zi could hit the thing, the Behemoth began flaming again, resulting in him being unable to hit it with the lucerne hammer. Luckily, Thoruk realized his error and with a whispered, 'Aye laddie', the mighty dwarf shut down the flames, much more controlled this time. Ha'zi saw he had a chance to swing the hammer and the Behemoth reacted in return, swinging its foot at the Warrior Giant.

Sigeric managed to block its current route to the ocean and saw what was happening. The Destroyer was attempting to take it down using javelins, Dwarf Giant was retreating, the Hybrid was falling out of the sky, the Behemoth had re-ignited then simmered down, Ha'zi was attempting to use his hammer to take it out and Iver was flying around like a madman attempting to stop the raging forest fires.
