Accepted WhiteDirewolf blocking spawn with wood and spawn killing

I have seen this happening a LOT recently. Something needs to be done about this.

Additionally, breaking wood is glitchy and sometimes doesn't work so we're stuck for about a solid minute.

I've amended the rules (rule #6) to deal with this.
As it was not a rule when the event happened, I cannot punish WhiteDireWolf for the offence of blocking spawn.

However, he has been banned for 24 hours (alongside Shamanistic, blackfirefly000 and A1_Brownies) for spawnkilling in the same event.
