what u need to do is to make an egg to get rotten then break it inside his bag/ throw it on him. or u can just put inside his bag oil then he will have to pay mony on the books that got dammeged

Just hit him back. You're seen as a wuss if you don't. If he necks you, tell him to stop. If he does it again, tell him again. If he necks you a third time, throw a closed-fist punch at the point where the jaw connects to the neck. That will give his brain a good shake, possibly even causing him to go KO for a moment or two. After that, he won't neck you again. Ever.
