A genuine concern about Staff

Just Some Random Post, By Some Random Guy​

Well . . . I noticed that it is pretty hard to actually report someone for hacking . . . It's like c'mon your enjoying Empire War and then you suddenly killed by someone who has a some kind of hack on. It isn't like your going to be recording the game the whole time . . . or not . . . I've met many hackers and failed to report them, because . . . by the time you make a report thread, they may have already changed their name, or turned their hacks off. That's why we need to have staff on pretty commonly, and more staff will enable more staff monitoring the server. Which leads to the ban of more hackers.

A Thingy I thought about . . . Usually when people get older they have less time to be online, due to various reasons for example, studying. Just saying . . . Is this another rubbishy posty?​
 
Well well well wait mass, this could continue on a little bit more...

There is still one un-addressed problem;
If you are thinking long term, what is going to happen in the future when those staff are inactive? There are so many people on the staff team, but I think everything can work itself out :)

That's easy, get new staff. It's a cycle that's unavoidable.
 
Point taken.. well it does seem that eventually everything will work its way, we just need time to take its course.
