Elves or Dwarves

Elves shoot there bows as a sign of victory. Dwarves stick there axes in the ground as a sign of defeat.

Reading this whole thing was funny, so many arguments without anything to back them up, and many lies here as well. I like dwarves more, but I voted for elves because I actually know the elves history.

Check out the new poll I made http://www.empirewar.org/forum/m/5312442/viewthread/8962413-gondor-or-rohan/post/50992848#p50992848

Yeah well, those were the only things they needed help with. The Dwraves needed help for everything.
Yeah...No. If I recall correctly, wich I do being a master of lore, the dwarves needed help from no one except for when Smaug came and During the War of the Ring when Erebor was attacked. They did everything by themselves, even in the Nirnaeth Androdiad where they fought by themselves, and left by themselves after sending the dragon Glaurung crawling back to his black Master. They needed no one and heeded no one.

Holy -- this is old, normally I'd say don't bumb old threads but I guess the new players might wanna take a look or something... I guess... I don't know anymore..

I had something like that, i suggested a map over a year ago and recently a player bumped it saying it was his idea first XD

Elves, totally. They help other races more (in the battle of Dagorlad only men and elves stood to defend middle-earth, and this wasn't the first time they did this nor the last), they are stronger in numbers, they are imune to age and sickness, they are fast, and they have a history of being involved in magic and being able to use those magic powers (i.e. Galadriel, Celeborn, Elrond, etc.).

Dude, there were fifty freaking thousand Dwarves there. GOD DAMNIT. FIFTY THOUSAND. THAT'S 50,000!

Dru, that is so not true. We make amazing and beautiful things, and you'll never find a more loyal person than a Dwarf.

STOP SAYING WE'RE GREEDY WE ARE NOT OVERGREEDY! IF SOMEBODY OFFERED YOU 1,000,000 EUROS/DOLLARS AND YOU TOOK IT ARE YOU GREEDY?! AT LEAST WE WORK FOR OUR STUFF!
I said tulkas was a better fighter than your stupid elf.Have you seen Khazad-Dum Sauron.
Have you seen The Gray Havens? Gondolin? Rivendell, even?
The Grey Havens still stands, Rivendell never fell, and Gondolin was beset with multiple Balrogs and the most of Morgoth's army before falling.

Khazad-dum fell to but a single Balrog and goblins.
This is a testament not to Elves but to a few Elven sorcerers' magic.
