This is a BARDS ONLY thread.
You're free to watch, but I don't want any stupid questions like, "can i b-com a bard plzplzplz" or, "who r the bards" or, "dud bards suuuuk", and your comments will be ignored.
Bards present (also we should use nicks)
The Captain of Gondor
Captain of the Longbeards
The Wise Bard
The Heir of Durin
The Eloquent Bard
The Chieftain of Rhun
The Unicorn Lord
The Cool Bard
The Elven Lord
The Maniacal Bard
The Squire of the Wise Bard
The Lord of Time
The Lord of Red Daggers
The Wise Bard shall preside over all others, and he shall moderate the council, though he retains no control over the members' individual kingdoms.
(also try not to be like "THERE ARE FIFTY-THOUSAND ORCS AND TROLLS AMASSING IN CARN-DUM", small things are fun, too)
I shall begin the meeting with the matter of divvying up territory. We should all establish our claims and work out any disputed territory.
The Dwarves of Durin lay claim to Erebor and all land surrounding it within a 2-kilo radius, to the south and west, while our northern claim stretches to the border of the Withered Heath, and the east extends all the way to the far border of the Iron Hills. While we do not have any (known) permanent settlements in the Ered Mithrin, the Longbeards consider this a principality and province, stretching from the Heath to Mount Gundabad. We have also recently acquired the rights to found a colony in the Arglorond, and reserve all mining rights thereto, as well as all of the White Mountains north of Druid Vale and west of the Gap of Rohan. We also claim the entirety of the Ered Mithrin and the ruins of Moria, Orc-filled though it may be, as well as the Dimril Dale and the three mountains above Moria (Celebdil, Caradhras, and Fanuidhol), and the vale around the Hollin Gate.
And now for a definition of ownership (if you disagree with this, please state so):
By laying claim to an area, you reserve the rights to till, pasture, quarry, log, or in any other way economically exploit the region, as well as the exclusive right to build on it. You also retain the right to deny another party passage through your lands. Any external party found to be vandalizing or economically exploiting your territory shall be dealt with accordingly.
