Well guys, it's me, Titan_Kronos_, just a player now. I just have a few words to say.
It's been over two years since I joined Empirewar. It's been amazing. I remember when I first joined and I found this server so cool. So many amazing maps, great players, and amazing staff. I remember when I first joined, the first staff member I met was Prometheus39. Man was he cool, and Canadian as well. I hit off with him really good and he always worked great with the players.
After a time I was on the server one day when me and Lord_Sauron_ were announced Pre-Mods. I was so excited and honored to be able to do that. Prometheus39 told me later that he had highly suggested for Sjoerdtim to make me a staff member. It was so cool, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
But time went by, I left for 9 months because of college and came back to a new community. Prom was gone, Sauron was gone, Iwas was gone, Farmeraap was gone. All my Empirewar Veterans were gone. I was given my moderator position back and I grew to love this new community. It was an amazing year of getting to know these new players. But in the end, it was not meant to last.
I grew bored, and I wanted to do things to enhance the player's experience so I would once and awhile world edit something in the evenings and we would have a blast. When a player grew mad, I would get rid of it to respect their wishes. I would build easter eggs cause players always loved them, but of course one player would always be mad at me. I would teleport players to me when they asked me to, and we would fight and duel and laugh. Yet of course there was always that 1 player who would say that they were attacked by me when I did no such thing.
Well today I did it again, and players were fine, except that 1. I was being extra silly and I was singing "Let It Go" and had a frozen tower in Osgiliath. I then found out later that apparently doing such a thing was a abomination and a player had reported me for it. Well, it seems this time something clicked and I was informed that my rank was to be stripped. While this does hurt incredibly, 2 years of dedication to being a staffer, GONE. I must just bow out gracefully while I still can.
To the players who believe I have hurt them, I am sorry, I did not mean to. I hope that you will be happy with seeing Titan_Kronos_ no longer with that "Mod" tag. You have won, congratulations. And I say it again, I am so sorry that I drove you to wanting to take away my moderator position.
I have highly recommended Arak to be added as staff so I wish you the best of luck Arak, and I hope you will do better then I have.
