If there's going to be multiple actors per role would all the Gandalfs have to use the same skin?

There would be several different Gandalf skins throughout the trilogy we'd use. Normal, Gandalf the white, maybe a bloody faced Gandalf for scenes like fighting Saruman or battling the Balrog on the mountain top with dried blood and looking beat up in general. But yes, all roles playing him will have the same skin for the desired scene. Same for other roles.

Yes and no. Gandalf evolves from grey to white, we'd probably use different skins for that. But yea, people will have to use the correct skin.

Could you not open a server and give me /op? Then I can whitelist the right people and give them creative. Just a thought.
You could start a server just paying around 10 bucks a month, then white list it, then download a few maps into your server.
