nazgul grab

You don't even play on Gondor in Minath Tirith so how can you judge if these are lies? Short answer: you cant

Don't go off topic. We aren't talking about the spawns but about the fact that nazgul needs a nerf.

That's never ever happened to me before. I do sometimes lag on the server.

i think if it flew faster and had a sligtly bigger hit box and couldnt stop flying it would be more of a nerf. because then it couldnt come from above very easily[/quote]
Coming from above easily is called diving. It makes lots of sense that it can do that. All sorts of birds dive, so why can't a Nazgul.

cuz it didn't do it in the movies. or books

It's pretty much a giant somewhat distorted bird. There is no reason to think that it cannot achieve a simple dive.
 
They grabbed 5 men at a time in the movies and book, lifted up horses into the sky and dropped them upon their enemies. It was one of their main advantages, in the book and on the server. They only have 9 lives, and weak armor. They are fine.

in the books and movies there wasnt 40 gondor soldiers max.
maybe if there was a invis baby chicken 3 blocks in front of the nazgul that if you killed it killed the fellbeast/nazgul died.
i think the grab ability should stay its just that when gondor soldiers barely get 1 hit off before they are picked up it gets a little bit hard for gondor to win. maybe they can only pick up archers and mages? idk its just hard when nazguls go in building to grab you and you can not hide or avoid being picked up any way. maybe if they really had a 3x3 or 4x4 size limit on them by a plugin or something. idk. the subject was brought up because nazgul kept going in buildings and picking up people. or maybe if a nazgul was hit within 1 minute of picking somebody up they cant pick anybody up because there claws are "hurt" and they get over the shock after 1 minute.
i dont think they need a major nerf that will make them completely useless just one that gives a soldier a fair chance at beating a nazgul in a fight. it is a pvp server after all. i wouldnt mind it if the nazgul won 90% of the time. just as long as there is some strategy to beating a nazgul. right now there is hardly any strategy to beating one it mostly is luck. i have only beat 1 nazgul in 1 life ever out of my 80+ nazgul kills.

another idea is to increase a nazguls hit box is put a invis iron golem constantly teleporting to the nazgul player and then if the iron golem is hit it loses how ever much the iron golem took in damage. and make some plugin that teleports/pushes the nazgul player away from a block if it gets within 1 blocks of well a block.
then increase its fly speed by like 2 or 3 to make it harder to hit. to make up for the invis iron golem

People, this used to be a 100 EURO CLASS. Of course it is supposed to be OP, it was the best and highest class on the FRICKING SERVER. People always dreamed of getting it, so you would basically wreck the opponent. When I used to play before EULA, there were usually 1 or 2 experienced Nazzie players, who actually knew what to do. Now since it is a point class, everyone can get it, which means noobs, which means more nazzies, which means more spawnkills, which means more anger. I am still saying we need a iron instead of stone sword, and again a nail from a fellbeast against a mere sword? SRSLY?

It's no longer the 100 Euro class, but it's still 25k points. So I'm just saying let it be as it is.
